Synopsis:
Shirts ready… Calvins on… body sprayed… ID faked … legs shaved… tan smoothed… paint nails… lippy on… hair curled… purse full… phones charged… selfies-snapped… go out… check-in… lights down… music up… stand by… party time…
One night, any night, every night in small-town Scotland sons and daughters try to find their way to Paradise….
And as the Russian poet Mayakovsky once remarked: it's better to die of vodka than of boredom….
Sons and Daughters is a bitter-sweet modern drama of contemporary life in small town Scotland. Following the stories of dozens of characters over the course of just one night out, the production contains both adult themes and at times some strong language.
